The repeal of the Affordable Care Act is underway. It is no longer enforceable. What benefits will you lose?
Is Trump already in violation of the US Constitution? Yes. The emoluments clause states that presidents cannot receive gifts or money from foreign nationals. Since he did not divest from his real estate holdings, he is breaking that clause right now. A group of ethics lawyers are already suing him.
